Meetings are one of the driving forces of business, and one of the best practices among meeting planners is to take the gathering to an offsite location to eliminate distractions. We would argue that the better offsite locations result in better meeting outcomes.
Welcome to The Rose Hotel Boardroom — expansive enough to accommodate up to 18 people (the entire board of directors or executive suite at most companies), yet intimate enough for smaller groups. The centerpiece of the Boardroom is our sprawling burlwood conference table and the vast working space it affords. A wood cabinet with twin lamps provides additional working and display space, while a marble-topped sidebar offers space for refreshments. Break service includes Peet’s gourmet coffee and tea.
Seven large double-hung windows offer an overview of Main Street, provide natural light, and can be opened to access the fresh Northern California air, dispensing with the confined feeling of so many meeting spaces. The windows come outfitted with Roman shades and drapes, which may be lowered for visual presentations. A secure wi-fi system and AV equipment are available.
Lunch may be catered and served in the Boardroom, though meeting attendees are within easy walking distance of a host of casual and upscale restaurants.
There is also a coat closet and private half bath for your business team’s comfort and convenience.
