We have a football-drawing winner

Congratulations to Ed Martinez, winner of the Rose Hotel’s first-ever football drawing.

The drawing was held among subscribers to Rosebuds, the Rose Hotel blog.

Ed will receive an official NFL football autographed by Super Bowl coach and Monday Night Football legend John Madden. He will also receive a Rose Hotel Gift Certificate exchangeable for a one-night stay in the Fireplace Suite.

Although he works for the Northern California Golf Association, Ed’s favorite
sport is football.  He is a San Francisco 49ers fan with an interest in the Oakland Raiders as well. Ed says he has a space set aside in his den for the NFL football he will receive from coach John Madden.

Ed is an assistant IT manager for the Northern California Golf Association. Among other things, he tracks the golf scores of some of the 170,000 club members. He and his wife live in Monterey County and are planning a trip to Pleasanton and the Rose Hotel to enjoy their stay in the Fire Place Suite.

We congratulate Ed and thank him for participating in our football drawing, as well as the rest of you who participated. We hope to have another football drawing next season.
