The rise of the boutique hotel

Travelers’ sensibilities have changed dramatically since the days when their expectations were nothing more than a clean room and a soft bed.

The proliferation of boutique hotels and the people who want to stay in them has spread across the globe. What exactly is a boutique hotel (also sometimes referred to as “designer” or “lifestyle” hotels)? They are properties that differentiate themselves from larger chain hotels by providing more intimate and luxurious environments, as well as more personalized accommodations and services.

We are also blessed by our geographic location on historic Main Street in downtown Pleasanton on the eastern side of San Francisco Bay. This gives our guests access to many activities.
