A new age dawns at The Rose Hotel

Welcome to Rosebuds, the new Rose Hotel blog.

This blog is a new communication channel between the hotel and our guests. It’s also the centerpiece of our newly launched social media campaign, which includes pages on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more than 20 other social media sites. Those sites will be fed content by the Rosebuds blog.

In this space we will post articles containing interesting and useful information – including Rose Hotel promotions and special offers.

Rosebuds is our way of staying more closely connected to you and keeping our customer base better informed and educated about The Rose Hotel, as well as the lodging, hospitality, travel and meetings business in general.

We’ve turned to blogging, in part, because it allows us to communicate with you in a timely way, as well as giving us a means for sharing photographs and video of hotel activities and innovations.

The blog also keeps you more closely connected to our website. We hope you noticed that the new Rosebuds blog is one section of an entirely new and improved Rose Hotel website.

The new website has a more elegant design, modern graphics, faster navigation and is search-engine optimized so The Rose Hotel is more easily found on Google and other search engines. There is a “reservation launcher” on each page to book rooms online, and a phone link to the hotel’s front desk that can be activated from mobile devices. Links have been added to connect you with nearby restaurants, activities and other points of interests.

It all adds up to our deepening commitment to customer service, which has been a hallmark of The Rose Hotel. In this interactive age we are now extending customer service to the online space in a bigger way.
